1.Q: What are tin boxes made of?
A: The raw material used to make tin boxes or tin cans is tinplate, it is the steel coated with a fine layer of tin for tin protective purposes.
2. P: Para que as latas de lata são usadas?
A: As tinplate is a high quality safe packaging material and 100% recyclable, the custom tin boxes or tin cans are primarily used for food packaging like popcorn tins, cookie tins, cake tins, candy tins, mint tins, chocolate tins, coffee tins, tea tins, Vodka tins, whisky tins etc and gift tin packaging such as Christmas tins, Xmas tins, cannabis tins, candle wax tins, Metal lunch box, galvanized ice bucket etc.
3. P: Suas latas são seguras para alimentos?
A: Yes, we Brilliant Tin Box use food grade lacquer to coat on the inside of the tin to prevent corrosion and interaction of the tin with the food product. The full range of our custom tins are compliance with FDA/ROSH/BPA free standard. Thus, all our tins are Food Safety Grade.
4. P: Qual é a quantidade mínima de pedido para embalagens de lata personalizadas?

A: Depending on the size and shape of the tin, our MOQ range is 5,000–10,000 pieces. Basically, the smaller the tin the higher the minimums. For example, a large popcorn tin or ice bucket will have lower MOQ than a small candy tin. 


Custom tins which require a new tool will need a larger minimum. Please complete a personalized tin inquiry us or call a sales representative for specific information on our minimum orders. Please contact us for details regarding your specific inquiry.

5. P: Como posso obter uma amostra sua?
A: You can send us an email to advise which item you are interested in, we will provide free samples to you for review if available in stock.
6. P: Você tem uma lista de preços?
A: Kindly be noted that there is no standard “price list”. All orders are customized. The final price per tin is determined by numerous factors such as size, shape, tin execution, quantity, destination and other details. Provide us details of your requirements and we will get back to you with available options for your specific needs.
7. P: Quais termos você oferece?
A: We can offer EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU and DDP terms based on various requirements from our customers.
8. P: Você pode fornecer acessórios para as latas?

R: Sim, podemos fornecer acessórios, incluindo, mas não se limitando a inserções (esponja, espuma, veludo, EVA, PVC, PET), embalagens de papel (etiquetas de papel, caixa de papel, caixa de papelão, bandeja de exibição de papelão ondulado), embalagens de plástico (ABS, silicone, filme termoencolhível etc) e outros (fitas, etiquetas, almofadas etc). 

9. Q: Can you make custom tins with unique shape?

A: Yes, no problem. We can create a new tool as per your personalized requirements of shape, size, printing, finish methods etc. After everything is confirmed, we will proceed with customized tin prototype and final production for you.

10. P: Como proceder com o design das artes?

R: Após o pedido ser confirmado, forneceremos a você um gabarito (layout) para que seu designer crie as artes. Nosso departamento de impressão confirmará as artes antes da produção em massa.
