A: The raw material used to make tin box is tinplate, it is the steel coated with a fine layer of tin for tin protective purposes.

A: Yes, we Brilliant Tin Box use food grade lacquer to coat on the inside of the tin to prevent corrosion and interaction of the tin with the food product. The full range of our custom tins are compliance with FDA/ROSH/BPA free standard. Thus, all our tins are Food Safety Grade.

4. Q: What is your minimum order quantity for custom tin packaging?

A: Depending on the size and shape of the tin, our MOQ range is 5,000–10,000 pieces. Basically, the smaller the tin the higher the minimums. For example, a large popcorn tin or ice bucket will have lower MOQ than a small candy tin.

A: Kindly be noted that there is no standard “price list”. All orders are customized. The final price per tin is determined by numerous factors such as size, shape, tin execution, quantity, destination and other details. A: Yes, no problem. We can create a new tool as per your customized requirements of shape, size, printing, finish methods etc. After everything is confirmed, we will proceed with customized tin prototype and final production for you.
