2009 yılında, Brilliant Tin Box, Çin'in Dongguan Şehri'nde, yıllarca Çin'in önde gelen teneke kutu ambalaj grubunda çalışmış olan Bay Liu (CEO) tarafından kuruldu. Bay Liu ve takipçileri, metal teneke ambalaj endüstrisinin önde gelen tedarikçisi haline gelebilecek bir fabrika kurmaya adanmışlardı.
